WHEN A NEW STUDENT ADVISOR IS ASSIGNED

Create or modify user account to give ADVISOR privileges.

Under Security, grant rights identifiers that correspond to the advisor number and the ssn.

If they don’t already exist, add record(s) to CC_ROLES for Faculty and/or Advisor.
