GENERATE ROSTERS FOR SPECIAL GROUP OF STUDENTS
These instructions are suitable for printing rosters for Tulsa CWA students. Except for those responses shown inside a menu, responses to system prompts are shown highlighted in yellow.
From REG Main Menu, select REPORT

Enter REPORT at the prompt on the Report Menu:

Output Batch Filename <SYS$SYSDEVICE:[REG_FLOY]REGREPORT>? (take the default)
File SYS$SYSDEVICE:[REG_FLOY]REGREPORT.COM; exists.
Create a new version <NO>? YES
Save SYS$SYSDEVICE:[REG_FLOY]REGREPORT.COM; after execution <NO>? NO
Allow batch log to be queued <NO>? NO


Selective Class Rosters
All records will be deleted from ENRDATA. Proceed <NO>? YES
Number of copies of the report to produce <1>? 1
Enter the Paper Type for the Report <$DEF_PAPER$>? -1 (to print to ascii file in your directory)
Pointers will be built to students that will be on the roster.
You have one criterion in the STUDENT file to select from. For
example, to create rosters for the Tulsa campus, the field to select
will be the .CAMPUS field.

Enter the termcode for calculating .auxcredits? 0308

Output File Name <SPECLROS>? (take the default, the look for file named SPECLROS.LIS in your directory when the batch completes)
