Move graded courses to History

After you have your pointer file to the appropriate student and you are sitting in the history menu about to do your move, this is what you would type to just move the graded courses for that student for that semester.

$ MOVE/GRADED ßß (THIS ONE WILL ONLY MOVE GRADED COURSES FOR THAT STUDENT FOR THE SELECTED TERM CODE)

$ MOVE/OVERLAY/GRADED ßß (THIS ONE IS FOR WHEN A HISTORICAL RECORD ALREADY EXISTS FOR A COURSE AND FOR EXAMPLE THE GRADE HAS BEEN CHANGED IN REGISTRATION PROGRAM AND YOU WANT THE NEW GRADE TO OVERLAY THE OLD GRADE. THE OVERLAY QUALIFIER TELLS THE SYSTEM IT KNOWS THERE MIGHT ALREADY BE A RECORD TYPE 4 OUT THERE FOR THIS STUDENT AND COURSE BUT OVERWRITE IT ANYWAY WITH THE NEW INFORMATION.)
