| In unusual circumstances, a student
may not be billed properly and will need to be rebilled. When SBR
user requests to have the .billed flag blanked for rebilling purposes,
follow the instructions below.
In the example shown, one course record will be blanked so that it can
be re-billed. During this process, no other user may be accessing
Enrdata file.

Then, DMS:BLANK to blank the .billed field.
