ESP PORTAL

The portal provided by our support team in Tulsa, ESP, requires you to sign up and receive a username and password.  The procedure is simple and takes only a few seconds.

If you already have an account with ESP, goto additional information.

Additional information:

Once you're logged in, you have access to a wide range of help.  The home page introduces you to the support team, like this:

Become familiar with the PX area you work within.  For example, if you work with student data, look for the Student Services tab at the top of the page.  Please explore the entire site, but focus on your particular area.  Contact information is listed; if you need help that is not available from your PX menus, your co-workers or the system manager, contact the appropriate support technician listed on the ESP site.

Also, be sure to use the PUG tab to get lots of useful information from Conference Presentations--see link on the left side of the page.  Both the national PX Users Group (PUG) and the South Central PX Users Group (SCPUG) load their presentations here once their conferences have ended.  (You'll learn a lot more by attending these annual conferences, but if you miss them, you should read the presentations afterward, especially those which refer to your area of responsibility.

The Conference Presentations are listed as far back as 2001.  Many of the recent ones are Power Point files, so they may take a few seconds to load, depending on your download speed.  Believe me, it's worth the wait (usually about 30 seconds).

Click on the one you wish to see. On the popup dialog box, click "OPEN."  Wait for the download to complete, then use the down arrow on the scrollbar to advance slides.   If you see only one title slide, it's probably because the "content" of the session was discussion--you had to be there.
