The ADM system was designed to not populate DBCMAIN with Prospect records.  This was mainly to keep DBCMAIN “uncluttered” with records that may not ever become students on your system.

As long as you make the HSGPA field in ADMPROS identical to the one in ADMMAIN, then the data will move across when they are moved from prospect to applicant.  And, since prospect records are deleted once the move to applicant is performed (assuming you are using the CREATE option from the UTLPROGRAMS menu), there shouldn’t be an issue of the data not being consistent.
