How To Install SGU Network Printers

1.  Click the Start Button

2.  Scroll up the Start Menu and select the Search Option.

3.  Next, when the Search window opens, select the Printer, computers or people button.

4.  Select A printer on the network..

A Window Appears.  Click the Find Now Button.

5.  Scroll down and find your printer.  Double-click on the printer to wish to install to install it.

Important:

Please be sure to put your name on every document by using headers and footers or inform the printer attendant (the Cage for Duperou and Degrasse printers, the Dorm parent for Mark Braun, and the front desk person for the Library) that you print out. Unidentified documents WILL be thrown away! Please be considerate and only print a document if you need it. There are limited printer resources on campus and we are trying to serve the needs of everyone. Print6ing of illegal or pornographic material is tracked back to the user.
