If you would like to move an object to a folder, you can simply drag that item to one of the public folders. Example: If you received an email from Joe Smith and you wanted everyone to see it in the public folder, you could drag and drop it to the public folder. Remember, you must be able to see all the folders in the folder list before you drag and drop it. If the folder isn't visible, you simple drag onto the folder name and wait until Outlook expands the folder for you.
